Terms of Service

1. About Us Lumin & Co ("we," "us," "our") is a trading name operated by Joseph Ubad, based in Norway. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts You can check out as a guest or create a customer account. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

3. Products We make every effort to display product details, colors, and materials accurately. Slight variations may occur due to photography and screen settings. Product descriptions do not constitute medical or safety certification claims beyond what is explicitly stated.

4. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

5. Order Acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times. Lumin & Co is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Norwegian or EU law, including your right of withdrawal and remedies for faulty or damaged goods.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site (text, images, branding) is the property of Lumin & Co and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. For customers in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection regulations also apply as required by law.
