Return and Refund Policy

At Lumin & Co, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under Norwegian law (Angrerettloven) and, for customers in the European Union, the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us at luminandco@pm.me with your order number.

Return Shipping
A flat return shipping fee of €5.00 applies per return, charged once regardless of how many items are included.

Return Conditions

• You may inspect and test an item as you reasonably would in a shop. If its value has been reduced through handling beyond what's necessary to establish its nature or function, we may deduct a proportional amount from your refund
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened feeding accessories (bottles, nipples, pacifiers) and opened bath/skincare products are final sale, unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. No restocking fee applies. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Suspected Fraud or Abuse
We reserve the right to investigate and, where necessary, pause a refund in cases of clear evidence of fraudulent activity or documented abuse of the return process. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal for genuine returns.
