Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Shipping Options and Costs We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard — €12.00, 10-25 business days
- Economy (faster) — €15.00, 5-8 business days
- International — €14.00, 5-8 business days
- Express — €88.00, 3-5 business days
Free shipping is available on all orders over €80.
Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary by destination, shipping option selected, and product, as some items ship from our international supplier network. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs and Import Duties For orders outside the EU, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These are not included in your order total.
